LucidLease is a product operated by MADD Labs, LLC. It’s designed to help commercial tenants better understand their leases, avoid costly mistakes, and make smarter decisions.

We currently provide educational content and referral services.

All content and tools provided by LucidLease are for informational and educational purposes only.

We are not a law firm, broker, or accounting firm.
Nothing on LucidLease should be considered legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Your Use of Our Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others. Specifically, you may not:

Use the Services in a way that violates lease confidentiality obligations, except where disclosure to consultants or technology advisors (like LucidLease) is permitted

If you create an account in the future, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

If we later add paid features, you agree to provide accurate billing information and pay applicable fees on time.

4. Confidentiality & Advisor Role

By uploading a lease or related document to LucidLease, you authorize us to process it solely on your behalf.

For the purposes of any lease confidentiality provisions, LucidLease acts as your consultant and technology advisor.

We treat all uploaded documents as confidential.
We do not disclose your lease to third parties, except as directed by you or required by law.
You may share LucidLease reports with your own advisors (attorneys, brokers, accountants, etc.).

5. Aggregate & Anonymized Data

We may use information from uploaded documents in an anonymized and aggregated form to generate benchmarks, insights, and product improvements. This data will never identify you, your business, or your lease directly.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and other content are the property of MADD Labs, LLC or our content partners.

You may share our content for personal or non-commercial purposes, provided you give proper credit and do not modify the material. Any commercial use requires written permission.

7. Third-Party Links & Referrals

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or referrals to advisors (brokers, attorneys, or consultants). These are provided for convenience only.

LucidLease does not endorse and is not responsible for the practices, advice, or performance of third parties. Any engagement with a third-party advisor is solely between you and that advisor.
